In-House Financing
Copper Hills Dental offers an in-house membership plan that uninsured or underinsured patients are welcome to take advantage of. Dental membership plans can help patients receive the routine preventive care they need and offer discounts on other preventive, restorative, and cosmetic services. If you’d like more information or you want to enroll, please give our office a call or ask about our membership plan at your next appointment.
CareCredit® Financing
CareCredit plans allow patients to break up the upfront costs of their dental services into equal monthly payments. We find that these plans help patients receive the care they need when they need it, without breaking the bank. CareCredit works similarly to a credit card and provides 6, 12, 18, and 24-month plans with little to no interest. You can begin using your benefits as soon as you’re approved, so apply today!
New Patient Forms
For your convenience, we allow patients to fill out their new patient forms prior to their first appointment. You will want to fill out these forms in their entirety and bring them with you to your first appointment along with any insurance or other financial information.
